Stair treads: 
PcP. rib treads are used in stairways for residential, business and industrial buildings. They can be adapted for fitting in existing stairways or used for standard straight-run stairs.

PcP. rib treads are pressure welded type B gratings with full height bearing bars in the bearing direction and filler and control bars of variable height at right angles to the bearing bars. Edge bar is welded around the gratings with bolt holes for fitting.

Dimension: 
The rib treads are available in a number of standard sizes from 150x500 to 300x1500 mm but may also be made to order.

Mesh sizes: 
Rib treads are supplied with standard mesh 20x30 mm. If a different mesh size is required, the grating must be custom-made.

Bearing bars:
20x2 mm

Edge bar:
50x3, 60x3 or 70x3.5 mm depending on the dimensioning.

Bolt holes:
PcP. rib treads are supplied with bolt holes for fitting as standard. The placing of the bolt holes appears from the drawings to the left.

Material:
Manufactured in steel S235JRG2 (steel 37-2) but can also be manufactured in other materials as requested.

Surface treatment:
The standard surface treatment of PcP. rib treads is hot-dip galvanising in accordance with DS/EN ISO 1461 1999 but they may be delivered with other surface treatments or in untreated form.
